Project Manager / Operations Lead (Forex Affiliate Project)

We are looking for a Project Manager / Operations Lead to manage the operational processes of a Forex Affiliate project. The role includes KPI control, team management (content, sales, traffic, analytics), building reporting, and funnel optimization.

What you'll do

• Manage team: content creators, FD/RD, actors, contractors
• Monitor KPIs and task completion
• Build reporting and analytics
• Funnel control: traffic → Telegram → MOP → deposit → retention
• Control content, sales, and traffic quality
• Maintain Google Sheets and dashboards
• Onboard new employees
• Participate in hiring and launch of new GEOs
• Control cash flow, payroll, bonuses, and payment calendar
• Identify weak points and growth opportunities for the project

What we need

• 2+ years experience in Affiliate / CPA / Performance Marketing
• Experience managing a remote team
• Understanding of CPA, RevShare, Hold, ROMI, ROI
• Experience with Telegram funnels
• Strong skills in systematization and process control
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
