Senior Lawyer
Employer —Location Limassol, Cyprus
A company in the iGaming industry is looking for a Senior Lawyer with 4–5+ years of experience. Requires strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law, experience with corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters. Fluent Greek and English required; Russian is a strong advantage. Office-based in Limassol, with possible hybrid format after probation.
What we need
- 4–5+ years of experience as a Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel
- Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law
- Experience with corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters
- Fluent Greek and English
