Senior Lawyer

An employer in the iGaming industry is seeking a Senior Lawyer to work in the office in Limassol. Requires experience in corporate law, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters. Offers an international environment, benefits, and learning opportunities.

What you'll do

• Provide legal support for corporate structures and M&A transactions.
• Draft and negotiate commercial contracts.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and banking laws.
• Advise on iGaming and FinTech projects.

What we need

• 4–5+ years of experience as a Senior Lawyer / Legal Counsel.
• Strong knowledge of Cyprus corporate law and Common Law.
• Experience with corporate structures, M&A, commercial contracts, banking, compliance, and regulatory matters.
• Fluent Greek and English.

Nice to have

• Russian language is a strong advantage.
