Product Analyst

The company is looking for a product analyst to evaluate the effectiveness of product mechanics, build predictive models, and support product teams. Strong SQL and experience in iGaming or related fields are required. Office work in Moscow.

What you'll do

• Evaluate the economic efficiency of new product mechanics before launch: calculate potential impact, costs, and payback.
• Build predictive models and develop product development scenarios (best / base / worst case).
• Help product teams make data-driven decisions, determining which initiatives to launch and which not.
• Create and describe business requirements, turning ideas into clear tasks for development.
• Analyze the results of launched mechanics and compare actual impact with the forecast.

What we need

• Strong SQL (window functions, query optimization, working with large data volumes)
• Experience in an iGaming product, but we can also consider (crypto exchanges, exchanges)
• Experience building economic models, forecasting, and evaluating the effectiveness of product initiatives
• Understanding of unit economics, ROI, retention, LTV, and other product metrics
• Ability to work with uncertainty and make decisions in the absence of complete information
• Advanced Excel
