The team works in gray traffic and is looking for a Creative Manager / Creative Lead to handle crypto and web3 offers. The role involves writing briefs for static/motion/UGC, monitoring the market, and managing designers. Remote work, salary 800–1200$+.

What you'll do

• Write technical briefs for static / motion / UGC
• Come up with new angles, visuals, and approaches for offers
• Constantly monitor the market / spy and find new ideas for creatives
• Control designers and the delivery of finished creatives
• Quickly dive into new offers and assemble initial brief packages
