VIP Support Manager (Turkish)

The company is looking for a VIP Support Manager with Turkish language skills to serve as a personal assistant for VIP clients and ensure high-quality service.

What you'll do

• Personally accompany and advise VIP clients
• Promptly resolve non-standard requests and emerging issues
• Analyze client behavior and preferences
• Create personalized offers to enhance loyalty

What we need

• Turkish language at least B1
• At least 1 year of experience in customer service or support
• Strong communication skills
• Stress tolerance and ability to find non-standard solutions
