Performance / Graphic Designer

The company in the iGaming industry is building a new Design Team from scratch and is looking for strong designers. Requires 2-3+ years of experience in iGaming/Gambling, strong static and performance creatives. Candidates from GameDev, LeadGen, CyberSport are also considered.

What you'll do

• Produce a large number of creatives quickly and independently generate ideas, not just work according to technical specifications.
• Understand what actually works in performance and apply it in work.
• Work with multiple buying teams at once.
• Influence the creative process from scratch.

What we need

• 2-3+ years of experience in iGaming / Gambling.
• Strong static / performance creatives.
• Ability to quickly produce many creatives and independently generate ideas, not just work according to technical specifications.
• Understanding of what actually works in performance.

Nice to have

• Experience in GameDev / LeadGen / CyberSport.
