Technical Department Lead

A product adtech team in Fintech and Crypto is looking for a Technical Department Lead. Responsibilities: managing department efficiency, strategic development, team management, cross-department collaboration, quality control and partner relations.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Google Workspace (sheets, docs), Facebook structure (understanding interface, errors), task managers (Asana, Teamly and similar), knowledge bases (Notion, Teamly or similar), BPMN diagrams
• Good knowledge of the supplier market, contacts in agencies
• Experience managing both large (up to 20 employees) and small teams
• Ability to build processes from scratch and willingness to get hands-on in the initial stages
• Ability to communicate in writing with contractors in English (B1-B2 level)
• Personal qualities: responsibility, proactivity, communication skills, leadership, flexibility and adaptability, stress tolerance, result orientation
