Affiliate Manager (Africa GEO)

The employer is looking for an Affiliate Manager to grow its partner network and scale traffic across African GEOs. The role involves working with affiliates, building bonus schemes, and optimizing campaigns by FTD, ROI, eCPA, and ARPU. Remote work with a 5/2 schedule and flexible start.

What you'll do

• Attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliates
• Work with partners: negotiate terms, create bonus schemes, motivate
• Track and optimize campaigns by metrics (FTD, ROI, eCPA, ARPU)
• Leverage own network for fast and measurable results

What we need

• Proven experience scaling traffic in any African GEOs
• Expertise in key traffic channels (PPC, SEO, affiliate programs, social media)
• English at B1 level
