Team Lead FB / Media Buyer FB / Media Buyer TikTok (Gambling)

Due to team expansion, we are looking for experienced specialists in Gambling. We work with large budgets, provide strong infrastructure, and value people who can independently work for high profit. Open positions: Team Lead FB, Media Buyer FB, Media Buyer TikTok.

What you'll do

• Leading and organizing the work of buyers, budget allocation, implementing traffic strategies (farming/agents, risks, scaling), interaction with the tech department and infrastructure.
• Launching, managing, and scaling ad campaigns in Facebook Ads, testing new hypotheses, creatives, and funnels.
• Running and scaling gambling traffic from TikTok Ads, controlling farming and account preparation, testing new approaches, creatives, and offers.

What we need

• For Team Lead: continuous practical experience with FB traffic (Gambling), 1+ year of experience as Team Lead, ability to work with large budgets and proven cases.
• For Media Buyer FB: experience in gambling from 1 year, practical work with large budgets, understanding of metrics (CPA, CTR, ROAS), relevant cases and full independence.
• For Media Buyer TikTok: experience in Media Buying from 6 months (specifically TikTok Ads in gambling), understanding of analytics and source specifics, ability to independently find connections.
