VIP Sales & Customer Success Specialist

The employer is looking for a commercially minded, empathetic specialist to work with VIP clients: active upselling, retention and personal support of key users. The role requires reading a client's activity, offering relevant offers in a timely manner and delivering quality service at every stage of interaction. The position is fully remote, with a mandatory requirement to be located outside Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan.

What you'll do

• Make outbound calls, develop personalized and bonus offers in the CRM, win back and retain clients
• Manage key VIP clients, organize greetings, gifts and external activities
• Monitor user behavior dynamics, meet the sales plan and work proactively on service
• Prepare instructions, help clients master new tools, fully control and follow up on tickets
• Execute team lead tasks and communicate closely with other company departments

What we need

• Location outside Belarus, Russia and Kazakhstan
• Native Russian with clear, correct and intelligible speech without defects or accent
• 1.5+ years of experience as VIP / Customer Success / Account Manager
• Outbound calling, customer service and upselling skills; ability to make precise offers without being pushy
• Empathy and ability to approach demanding users, anticipate requests and prevent negativity
• Ability to monitor user activity and behavior, maintain client profiles, analytics and reports
• Discipline in keeping logs, recording feedback and following up on tickets for the assigned segment
• Flexibility, results orientation and close communication with related departments and the team lead
