Affiliate Manager

The company is an international company developing its own DSP platform and specializing in traffic acquisition and monetization in the iGaming sector. We are looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the webmaster network and scale the affiliate direction.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain the partner network of webmasters (affiliate partners)
• Manage existing partners, build long-term relationships and increase traffic volumes
• Conduct onboarding of new partners
• Develop partners through upsell and regular communication
• Analyze partner performance and jointly find growth points
• Interact with Media Buying, Sales and Commercial teams to resolve operational issues
• Participate in relevant international conferences and develop professional connections when necessary

What we need

• Experience as an Affiliate Manager in an iGaming product for 2-3 years
• Deep understanding of traffic sources: SEO, PPC, FB, IN-APP
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1)
• High communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners
• Proactivity, initiative and result orientation
• Stress tolerance and desire to develop the partner direction

Nice to have

• Experience with push/popunder traffic
• Experience with Tier 1/2 or Tier 3
• Having your own base of partners
