Team Lead | TikTok

Our team is looking for a strong Team Lead for the TikTok traffic department. The lead will manage a team of media buyers and systematize processes. Experience as a Team Lead for TikTok media buyers of at least 6 months is required.

What you'll do

• Managing a team of Media Buyers;
• Purchasing traffic via TikTok Ads;
• Finding and scaling creative combinations;
• Analyzing creatives and coordinating with design;
• Reporting on KPIs.

What we need

• Experience as Team Lead Media Buyer TikTok from 6 months;
• Experience in self-buying traffic is mandatory;
• Experience in gray verticals;
• Willingness to systematize processes;

Nice to have

• Experience with the investments vertical;
