Hot Lead Manager (RD)

Working with hot leads in traffic arbitrage: leads have already had initial contact with an AI bot and reached FD. Main goal is client retention and driving repeat deposits (RD). Work follows proven scripts with room for flexibility.

What you'll do

• Work with hot leads — the lead has already had initial contact with an AI bot and reached FD.
• Retain clients and drive repeat deposits (RD).
• Handle correspondence, support, warm-up, and objection handling.
• Work with proven scripts plus freedom of action where needed.

What we need

• At least 6 months of traffic processing experience.
• High level of discipline (no lateness or slow responses).
• High work speed and result orientation.

Nice to have

• Experience in investments, crypto, gambling, or adjacent verticals.
