Full-cycle Producer (casting + filming) for Telegram channels

An arbitrage team working with scheme traffic in Telegram is looking for a full-cycle producer who will cover the entire process from finding an actor to receiving the finished video. The role includes finding and hiring actors in foreign markets, organizing remote filming, controlling deadlines, and interacting with the team.

What you'll do

• Search and hire actors in foreign markets
• Conduct negotiations, agree on terms and technical specifications
• Organize filming (remotely): briefing, process control, deadlines
• Accept and check the finished material
• Maintain and work with the actor database
• Interact with the team to ensure uninterrupted content delivery

What we need

• Experience in finding and hiring actors (preferably foreign markets)
• Experience in organizing filming / working with actors until the final result
• Strong communication skills and the ability to 'push through' people
• English at a fluent conversational level
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously
