AI Operations Lead / Head of AI Automation

The company is building a first-level ecosystem: operator brands, affiliate direction, CRM/retention, VIP, analytics, and performance marketing. We are looking for a manager who will turn AI from an 'interesting toy' into a full operational layer of the business. The main task is to integrate AI agents and automation into the daily work of the company, gradually transferring part of the processes to AI.

What we need

• Implement AI solutions into business processes
• Understand the LLM and AI ecosystem in general
• Work with APIs and automation tools
• Have strong operational thinking
• Quickly build MVPs and bring them to production
• Understand data flows and business metrics
