AI Operations Lead / Head of AI Automation

We are looking for a Head of AI Automation to integrate AI agents and automation into the operational processes of an international iGaming business. The candidate should implement AI solutions, work with LLMs, APIs, and automation tools, and quickly build MVPs and launch them into production.

What you'll do

• Integrate AI agents and automation into the company's daily operations.
• Implement AI solutions into business processes.
• Work with LLMs, APIs, n8n, Make, Python, SQL, Postgres/BigQuery, vector databases, LangChain/agent frameworks, Telegram bots, and BI systems.
• Quickly build MVPs and bring them to production.
• Understand data flows and business metrics.

What we need

• Experience implementing AI solutions in business processes.
• Understanding of the LLM and AI ecosystem.
• Experience working with APIs and automation tools.
• Strong operational thinking.
• Ability to quickly build MVPs and bring them to production.
• Understanding of data flows and business metrics.
• Proficiency in the stack: OpenAI Platform, Anthropic Claude, n8n, Make, Python, SQL, Postgres/BigQuery, vector databases, LangChain/agent frameworks, Telegram bots, BI systems.
• English at professional working proficiency.
