Head of Affiliate (Gambling Product)

An international iGaming product is strengthening its affiliate direction and is looking for a Head of Affiliate to take ownership of CPA partner program development, traffic scaling and management of the affiliate team. The role involves working with large budgets, a deep understanding of performance traffic, and building a partner program focused on ROI, LTV and steady volume growth.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute the strategy for the CPA affiliate direction
• Manage budgets of $1M+ and control ROI, LTV and other key metrics
• Scale the partner program, attract new partners and develop relationships with affiliate networks
• Conduct negotiations and agree rates, test budgets and exclusive terms
• Optimize CPA deals: at least 60% of partner volume must be CPA
• Work with traffic sources: Facebook, Google, TikTok, Native, Push and others
• Set KPIs, develop the team and control its effectiveness

What we need

• 2+ years of experience as Head of Affiliate
• Experience managing a team of 5+ people and budgets of $1M+
• Hands-on experience building and scaling a CPA affiliate program
• Deep understanding of performance traffic and metrics ROI, LTV, CPA, FTD, NGR
• Experience working with international GEOs
• Strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking and results orientation
