Senior Data Analyst

An international iGaming company, actively expanding in LATAM markets, is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to become the key analytical expert of the project. The role involves building an analytics system, developing dashboards, analyzing player behavior and metrics, and influencing product and business decisions.

What you'll do

• Understand existing data sources and build a unified analytics system;
• Create and develop dashboards for Product, Marketing, CRM, Payments, Finance, and Management;
• Develop and optimize SQL queries for calculating key business metrics (GGR, NGR, LTV, ARPU/ARPPU, Retention, Conversion, Deposits, etc.);
• Analyze player behavior, cohorts, marketing campaigns, and A/B tests;
• Automate reporting and analytical processes;
• Identify anomalies, bottlenecks, and growth opportunities, independently initiating research;
• Formulate hypotheses and provide recommendations impacting product and business decisions;
• Monitor data quality, calculation accuracy, and metric logic;
• Help managers make data-driven decisions rather than intuition-based ones.

What we need

• Mandatory experience in iGaming
• Experience as Senior Data Analyst / BI Analyst / BI Lead for at least 3 years
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries, window functions, optimization)
• Proficient in Python for data analysis
• Experience with BI tools (Apache Superset, Power BI, Tableau, Metabase or similar)
• Understanding of DWH, ETL principles and working with large datasets
• Excellent knowledge of key iGaming metrics (GGR, NGR, Retention, LTV, Deposits, Conversion, etc.)
• Ability to independently build an analytics system and choose optimal tools
• Experience in creating management reporting and analytical dashboards
• Analytical thinking, systematic approach, proactivity, and attention to detail

Nice to have

• Experience building analytics infrastructure from scratch
• Understanding of online casino and sportsbook specifics
• Experience in BI architecture development and implementing automated reporting
• Ability to visualize data so it is understandable to every business stakeholder
