Setup and administration of the Chatterfy CRM system. Creating funnels, integrations, and automations. Remote work, 5/2 schedule.
What you'll do
- Full setup and administration of Chatterfy according to team needs
- Creation and configuration of funnels, statuses, lead processing scenarios
- Connecting and configuring integrations (messengers, CRM, API, etc.)
- Setting up automations, lead distribution, and notifications
- Monitoring system correctness and promptly fixing errors
- Interacting with the team to implement new technical solutions
What we need
- Experience with Chatterfy or similar CRM/automation systems
- Understanding of CRM logic, sales funnels, and process automation
- Technical thinking and ability to quickly find solutions
