Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist

We are looking for a specialist in Reddit traffic, brand community development, and building trusted communication with a US audience. The role includes setting up and scaling Reddit Ads campaigns, launching and growing communities, preparing native posts, and managing brand reputation. Experience in iGaming / Casino / Gambling / Sweepstakes is required.

What you'll do

• Setting up and scaling advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads
• Launching and growing branded Reddit communities
• Preparing native posts, reviews, Q&A, AMA, and promo mechanics
• Posting payout cases and user stories
• Managing feedback, reviews, and brand reputation
• Monitoring brand discussions and communicating with moderators of relevant subreddits

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience with Reddit (community management, Reddit Ads, moderation, traffic acquisition, or affiliate/arbitrage)
• Hands-on experience running ad campaigns in Reddit Ads
• Experience in iGaming / Casino / Gambling / Sweepstakes
• English B2+ / C1 — confident written communication with users
• Understanding of Reddit's restrictions, moderation, spam filters, and platform rules
• Ability to conduct public communication correctly and calmly
