VIP Manager

We are looking for an experienced VIP Manager to work with high-value players in iGaming. The main goal is to develop long-term relationships with VIP clients, increase their loyalty and retention through a personalized approach.

What you'll do

• Personal support and development of the VIP player portfolio.
• Building and maintaining long-term relationships with clients.
• Communication with players through various channels.
• Retention and reactivation of clients through a personalized approach.
• Development of personalized bonus offers and promotions.
• Prompt response to key triggers: decreased activity, big wins or losses, churn risk.
• Solving non-standard requests and complex situations of VIP clients.
• Segmentation of the player base and prioritization of work by client value.
• Maintaining CRM and reporting on player interactions.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience in the casino field.
• Experience in direct communication with players as a VIP Manager, Retention Manager, VIP Support or similar role.
• Good understanding of the CIS market specifics and behavior of the Russian-speaking audience.
• Fluency in Russian.
• High level of communication and emotional intelligence.
• Proficient work with CRM systems, administrative panels, and spreadsheets.
• Willingness to relocate to Dubai after successfully completing the probation period.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of English for internal communication.
• Experience with iGaming CRM platforms (Fast Track, Customer.io, Salesforce, etc.).
• Understanding of casino bonus mechanics: wagering, cashback, free spins, and other retention tools.
• Experience with retention, churn, and reactivation metrics.
• Experience working with international teams.
