BDM / Affiliate Manager (Crypto)

A marketing company in the crypto vertical, operating for over 3 years and one of the leaders in its niche, is looking for a BDM / Affiliate Manager to expand its advertiser partner network. The role involves partner development, engaging decision-makers, traffic quality control, and attending international conferences. Fully remote work, flexible schedule, and uncapped income are offered.

What you'll do

• Search for and develop partners (networking)
• Reaching decision-makers and building long-term relationships
• Communication with the buying department
• Traffic quality control and cap updates
• Participation in international conferences

What we need

• Experience in a similar role from 1 year
• Experience in the crypto vertical
• Understanding of the CPA model, CRG, Deduction, EPL, and Funnel
• Experience in B2B sales and cold outreach
• English at B1 or above
• Sociability and negotiation skills
