Junior Sourcer Crypto / Affiliate

Performance team in crypto is looking for a sourcer. Large budgets, Tier 1-2 GEO, no bureaucracy. Full-time in Kyiv office.
What you'll do
- Search for candidates on Djinni, Telegram, LinkedIn
- Communicate and warm up candidates
- Pass relevant ones to recruiter
- Maintain database and move candidates through stages
- Meet KPIs for quality and quantity
What we need
- Experience in sourcing (any vertical) or strong search skills
- Understanding of Affiliate/Crypto market
- Fast, proactive, result-oriented
- Willing to work from office
