Affiliate Team Lead

The company is looking for an Affiliate Team Lead to manage a team of managers and work with partners. Requires proven experience managing an affiliate team, a partner base in Tier 1, and experience with global markets. What you'll do

• Manage a team of managers, distribute tasks, and control their execution
• Work with partners: discuss terms, create bonus schemes, motivate
• Build a reporting system and control KPI fulfillment both within the team and on the partner side
• Leverage your own network for quick and measurable results

What we need

• Proven experience managing an affiliate team
• A partner base in Tier 1
• Experience with global (WW) markets, understanding of regional specifics
• English B1
