Affiliate Manager (iGaming / Gambling)

International iGaming company the company is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop the partner channel in Tier-1 GEO. The role involves attracting and developing affiliate partners, working with CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models, and optimizing traffic. Office or hybrid in Prague.

What you'll do

• Attract and develop affiliate partners (webmasters, media buyers, SEO partners)
• Work with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Manage and optimize traffic in Tier-1 GEO
• Analyze partner performance and improve KPIs
• Participate in iGaming conferences and expand network
• Work with marketing and analytics to grow performance

What we need

• 2+ years of experience in iGaming affiliate marketing
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Experience with Tier-1 GEO
• English B1+
• Performance orientation and work with metrics
