Affiliate Manager | LATAM, CIS

The employer, an iGaming company, is looking for an Affiliate Manager to work with webmasters, traffic arbitrage and SEO teams across LATAM, CIS, RU and UZ geos. Responsibilities include onboarding and developing partners, launching and scaling traffic, quality control and anti-fraud, plus analytics on ROI, LTV, CR and EPC. The role is remote with Fix + KPI compensation; candidates are expected to be able to launch traffic within the first 2–3 weeks.

What you'll do

What we need

• Experience with CPA / RevShare / Hybrid models
• Proficiency with Keitaro and BI tools
• Russian — native
• English — B2+
• Readiness to launch traffic within the first 2–3 weeks
