SEO Specialist (Yandex Behavioral Factors)

The employer is looking for a strong SEO specialist to take ownership of promoting iGaming projects on Yandex. The key focus is ranking sites in the top for gambling queries and independently working with behavioral factors. Moscow residency and recent cases with confirmed results are required.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement an SEO strategy for Yandex
• Rank sites in the top for gambling queries
• Oversee on-page, off-page and technical optimization
• Develop and implement proprietary strategies for working with behavioral factors (BF)
• Analyze competitors in Yandex SERPs and identify growth opportunities
• Monitor positions, traffic and overall results
• Make SEO decisions independently, test hypotheses and own the result

What we need

• 5+ years of SEO experience and work with behavioral factors
• Hands-on experience promoting sites on Yandex
• Deep understanding of Yandex algorithms and the impact of behavioral factors on rankings
• Experience in linkbuilding (outreach, PBN, crowd, etc.)
• Ability to work with analytics and make data-driven decisions
• Own working approaches and solutions in SEO
• Moscow residency required
• Recent cases with concrete results (positions, traffic, dynamics)
