Influencer Producer

An international online project is looking for an Influencer Producer to develop the content creator ecosystem, help partners scale their channels, and build long-term collaboration with the brand. The role includes developing influencers, analyzing content, devising strategies, creating content, training partners, finding new talent, and ensuring compliance with brand guidelines. Requires 2+ years of experience with influencers, knowledge of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, understanding of media metrics and UTM tracking, and fluency in Portuguese and English.
What you'll do
- Develop current and promising influencers, grow audience and engagement
- Analyze partner and competitor content, identify growth opportunities
- Develop individual strategies and content plans for influencers
- Participate in content creation: ideas, scripts, formats, and integration of brand messages
- Train partners on growth mechanics, storytelling, and platform algorithms
- Find and attract new promising influencers
- Test new formats and scale successful solutions
- Ensure content complies with brand guidelines and iGaming requirements
- Analyze content and campaign performance via UTM tags and media metrics
What we need
- 2+ years of experience with influencers, Creator Economy, or Talent Management
- Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, and Twitch, their algorithms and growth mechanics
- Experience developing influencers or content projects based on analytics
- Understanding of media metrics, UTM tracking, and content performance evaluation
- Knowledge of the marketing funnel and understanding of content impact on product metrics
- Willingness to work with iGaming metrics (FTD, GGR)
- Fluency in Portuguese and English
- High visual literacy and understanding of Creator Economy trends
Nice to have
- Experience in iGaming, Betting, FinTech, or Crypto
- Fluency in Spanish
