Affiliate Manager (Sweepstakes Casino, USA)

The employer is looking for an affiliate manager to grow the partner network of a US-facing sweepstakes casino. The role covers the full partner lifecycle — from sourcing and negotiation to launch and traffic scaling — with a focus on CPA/RevShare/Hybrid models and payback control. Remote, B2B contract, $1500 plus KPI.

What you'll do

• Source and recruit affiliate partners in the US market
• Work with own database of active partners
• Run the full cycle: sourcing → negotiation → onboarding → launch → scaling
• Negotiate CPA / RevShare / Hybrid deals
• Analyze US traffic and player quality
• Monitor FTD, deposits, turnover and payback
• Develop existing partners and grow volumes
• Work with affiliate platforms, tracking links and postbacks
• Track KPIs and prepare reporting

What we need

• 1+ year of affiliate marketing experience in Casino / iGaming / Sweepstakes
• Current experience: working now or project finished no more than 3 months ago
• Experience with US traffic and understanding of Sweepstakes Casino
• Own active partner database
• Knowledge of effective US traffic sources
• Understanding of CPA / RevShare / Hybrid
• Experience with affiliate platforms and tracking
• Strong negotiation skills
• English B2+, C1 preferred
• Self-sufficiency and results orientation
