Middle Affiliate Manager (iGaming)

An international product company developing its own DSP platform and specializing in traffic buying and monetization in the iGaming sphere is looking for an Affiliate Manager to develop a network of webmasters. The role involves managing current partners, onboarding new ones, analyzing performance, and scaling the affiliate direction. Fully remote work format.

What you'll do

• Develop and maintain a partner network of webmasters (affiliate partners).
• Manage current partners, build long-term relationships, and increase traffic volumes.
• Conduct onboarding of new partners.
• Develop partners through upsell and regular communication.
• Analyze partner performance and jointly seek growth points.
• Interact with Media Buying, Sales, and Commercial teams to resolve operational issues.
• Participate in relevant international conferences when necessary and develop professional connections.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming.
• Experience on the product / affiliate program / affiliate network side.
• Understanding of traffic buying and monetization principles.
• Experience with FB / in-app (must-have).
• English — Upper-Intermediate (B2+) / Advanced (C1).
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with partners.
• Proactivity, initiative, and result orientation.
• Stress resistance and desire to develop the partner direction.

Nice to have

• Experience with push/popunder traffic.
• Experience with Tier 1/2 or Tier 3.
• Having your own base of partners.
