Team Lead IT Support

We are looking for a Team Lead IT Support with 4+ years in IT Support / SysAdmin and 1+ year in a Senior/Lead role. Work in an iGaming company.

What you'll do

• Build office IT infrastructure
• Asset management, SSO, MFA, access management
• Ensure understanding of networks, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic information security principles

What we need

• 4+ years in IT Support / SysAdmin
• 1+ year in a Senior/Lead role
• Knowledge of macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SaaS, MDM/RMM
• Understanding of networks, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic information security principles

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or FinTech
