Team Lead IT Support

We are looking for a Team Lead IT Support with at least 4 years of experience in IT Support/SysAdmin and at least 1 year in a senior/lead role. Required knowledge of macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SaaS, MDM/RMM. Experience in iGaming or FinTech is a plus.

What you'll do

• Lead and manage the IT support team, ensuring efficient operations.
• Build and maintain office IT infrastructure, including asset tracking, SSO, MFA, and access management.
• Manage and troubleshoot network, VPN, Wi-Fi, and enforce information security principles.

What we need

• At least 4 years of experience in IT Support/SysAdmin.
• At least 1 year in a senior/lead role.
• Knowledge of macOS, Windows, Google Workspace, Slack, Jira, SaaS, MDM/RMM.
• Experience building office IT infrastructure, asset tracking, SSO, MFA, access management.
• Understanding of networks, VPN, Wi-Fi, and basic information security principles.

Nice to have

• Experience in iGaming or FinTech.
