P2P Team Lead (India GEO)

The employer is looking for an experienced Team Lead to launch and grow a P2P direction in the India GEO, with prospects of scaling to additional markets including Bangladesh. The candidate is provided with a ready-made P2P platform, CRM, scripts, an in-house media buying team with traffic supply, and funding for the team and operating expenses.

What you'll do

• Independently build a team of two qualified processors
• Organize workflows and control team performance
• Build systematic acquisition of P2P traders to the platform
• Analyze metrics, optimize the funnel and collaborate with the media buying department
• Develop the direction and ensure its further scaling

What we need

• Experience managing a team in P2P, affiliate marketing, sales or adjacent verticals
• Understanding of the India GEO specifics
• Analytics, team management and process optimization skills
• Self-reliance, systematic approach and results orientation
