Product Manager / iGaming

An the company is looking for a Product Manager to develop product strategy, manage the funnel from registration to FTD, set up retention and bonus economics. Requires 3+ years of iGaming experience and understanding of Anjouan/Curaçao regulation. Fully remote, full-time.

What you'll do

• Development of product strategy and roadmap
• Task decomposition and work with Jira
• Prioritization of tasks and backlog grooming
• Setup and control of the funnel from registration to FTD
• User onboarding and conversion at registration, KYC, and deposit stages
• Full retention setup and LTV growth
• Bonus economics, RTP management
• Complete creation of bonus systems and anti-abuse measures
• Work with PSP: business management and payment system setup
• Resolving conflicts between UX, AML, and Risk departments

What we need

• 3+ years of experience as Product Manager in iGaming / betting / crypto / fintech
• Experience building products from scratch
• Understanding of product development: affiliates, retention, VIP, bonus abuse, and fraud traffic
• Understanding of Anjouan / Curaçao regulation
• Understanding of niche terminology
• Ability to work with designers, development team, marketers, and finance
• Skills in integrating payment systems, game providers, crypto processing, anti-fraud, and KYC services
• Skills in working with metrics and analytics
• Courage and proactivity
