Team Lead Video Production

A team with over 3 years of experience in the Binary Options vertical on the international market is looking for a Team Lead Video Production. The role involves managing a video production team, organizing the full video production cycle, and ensuring quality. Fully remote work is offered.

What you'll do

• Manage the video production team: distribute tasks, control workload, deadlines, and results.
• Organize the full video production cycle: idea → brief → preparation → shooting → editing → final video.
• Monitor the content plan execution and the volume of video content produced.
• Review the quality of finished videos, provide feedback, and ensure revisions are made.
• Work with actors, editors, scriptwriters, and other specialists.
• Create clear briefs for video production and monitor their execution.
• Build and optimize processes within the video production team.
• Monitor employee performance, identify bottlenecks, and find solutions.
• Work closely with Media Buying, SMM, and Sales teams.
• Analyze video content performance and propose new formats and hypotheses.
• Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and development of the video production team.

What we need

• Experience in Content / Video Production in Binary Options / Forex niches.
• At least 1 year of team management experience.
• Understanding of the full video content production cycle.
• Experience working with content creators, UGC creators, editors, and other specialists.
• Understanding of short vertical video specifics: Reels / TikTok / YouTube Shorts / UGC.
• Ability to handle a large number of tasks and keep deadlines under control.
• Strong organizational and management skills.
