Sportsbook Manager

A team of 250 employees is launching a new sportsbook direction. We are looking for an experienced Sportsbook Manager to build and manage a scalable Sportsbook model: from product and user journey to bonus policy, analytics, and operational processes. High level of influence and autonomy.

What you'll do

• Launch and develop the sportsbook direction from scratch: product logic, user journey, bonus policy, retention scenarios, analytics, operational processes, and provider interaction.
• Cross-functional collaboration with marketing, finance, operations, IT, analytics, customer support, and compliance.
• Develop and implement product features, improve user experience, and optimize internal processes.
• Launch the team and deliver product initiatives to business results.
