Head of Performance Marketing

The employer is looking for a Head of Performance Marketing to scale paid acquisition via Google Ads and Meta and build a strong performance team across SEA, LATAM and Africa. The role involves leading team leads and monitoring KPIs, as well as testing growth hypotheses in collaboration with creatives.

• Russian C1+
• Experience in iGaming and betting
• 2+ years managing media buying teams of 15+ people
• Hands-on Google Ads & Meta Ads expertise
• Proven success in scaling traffic across SEA, LATAM & Africa
