Tech Lead (Node.js)

A product iGaming team is looking for a hands-on Tech Lead to develop a high-load backend platform. The role involves technical decision-making, code review, performance work, and growing the development team. Starts remote during the probation period, then office-based in Limassol (Cyprus) with paid relocation.

What you'll do

• Design architecture and develop the high-load backend platform
• Make technical decisions, conduct code review, work on performance
• Grow and develop the engineering team

What we need

• 8+ years of software development experience
• Strong Node.js/TypeScript
• SQL, Kafka, Redis
• Experience with microservices and high-load systems

Nice to have

• Background in iGaming / FinTech / Payments
