Lead Account Management Operations (B2B)

An iGaming B2B project is looking for a Lead Account Management Operations. Remote work or relocation. Salary from 4000 EUR net.

What you'll do

• Manage the AM team, monitor SLA and service quality
• Hire, onboard, train, and handle complex cases
• Optimize processes and cross-team interaction

What we need

• Experience in iGaming as Senior AM / Account Lead
• Understanding of B2B iGaming, operators or content providers
• Experience managing a team and SLA control
• English at least B2

Nice to have

• Knowledge of KYC/Compliance
