Head of Sales

The company, a developer of a SaaS platform for affiliate traffic processing and partner program management, is looking for a Head of Sales. The role includes managing the sales department, optimizing warm and cold sales processes, hiring and developing the sales team, meeting personal and team sales targets, conducting demos and negotiations, improving standards and sales approaches, and participating in industry conferences.
What we need
- Sales experience in IT/SaaS/B2B for at least 3 years
- Deep understanding of the product, market, and customer needs
- Experience managing a sales team of at least 3 people
- Ability to negotiate and defend one's position
- Proficient in CRM systems and task trackers
Nice to have
- English level B2 or higher
