Partnerships Sourcing & Development Manager

A traffic-arbitrage team in the iGaming vertical is looking for a Partnerships Sourcing & Development Manager with mandatory conversational English and preferably sales or partner-sourcing experience. The role involves overseeing traffic-purchasing partner streams, developing partner onboarding processes, and leading a team of 2–3 people.

What you'll do

• Overseeing traffic-purchasing partner streams: cold outreach to partners, active communication with partners, developing processes for sourcing and onboarding new partners
• Supporting and developing projects within key traffic sources: structuring processes, working with data, aligning priorities across buying functions, analyzing and testing new sources for scaling
• Attending international industry conferences, holding meetings with potential partners, developing the network and finding new cooperation opportunities
• Leading the partnerships sourcing and development team (2–3 employees), developing team expertise and hiring, setting and controlling tasks, organizing processes, ensuring synchronization between departments amid differing business interests

What we need

• Hands-on project management experience in a digital environment with a focus on partnership development
• Ability to build processes, maintain a high level of autonomy, and make decisions amid conflicting interests and information noise
• Confident command of Excel / Google Sheets
• Analytical skills, understanding of key performance indicators, ability to draw conclusions and justify priorities at the business level
• Pleasant, open communication style and ability to negotiate
• Conversational English
