Recovery Handler (Spain)

We are looking for a recovery handler for the Spanish geo. Inbound warm leads — people who lost money on scam brokers and crypto frauds. The goal is to get the client to sign a contract with the legal team.

What you'll do

• Inbound warm leads (ES, Spanish-speaking scam victims)
• Lead the client to signing a contract with the legal team
• Work via CRM, ready-made scripts tailored to client pain points
• Close collaboration with case managers and team lead — you are not alone

What we need

• Age 21+
• Own PC/laptop, headset, stable internet
• Discipline and results-oriented

Nice to have

• Experience in recovery / chargeback / legal sales
• Work in Spanish-speaking call centers
• Understanding of scam broker schemes, forex, binary options, crypto frauds
• Experience with CRM (chatterfy)
• Spanish language
