PSP Manager/BDM

The role involves sourcing and onboarding payment providers, negotiating rates and SLAs, optimizing payment routing to increase approval rates and reduce fees/chargebacks, launching new payment methods, and managing partner relationships. The position requires collaboration with Risk/Compliance and Product/Engineering teams.

What you'll do

• Search for and onboard payment providers (cards/APM)
• Negotiate rates (MDR), SLAs, and limits
• Optimize payment stack (routing, cascading, increase approval rate, reduce fees and chargebacks) jointly with Risk/Compliance
• Launch new methods and integrations with Product and Engineering
• Manage partners (QBR, incidents), maintain CRM, KPIs, reporting
• Participate in business trips
