SEO Team Lead / Senior SEO

A product iGaming company is looking for an SEO Team Lead / Senior SEO to lead a team of 5 specialists. The candidate will develop and control the SEO strategy, analyze competitors, work with the semantic core, and coordinate with other departments. Fully remote, competitive income.

What you'll do

• Leading a team of SEO specialists (5 people)
• Setting goals and tasks for the team in SEO
• Developing and monitoring the implementation of SEO strategy (technical SEO, content, link building, on-page optimization)
• Analyzing competitors and finding traffic growth opportunities
• Working with the semantic core
• Coordinating work with other departments (content, development, PPC, analytics)
• Monitoring quality of task execution and meeting deadlines
• Conducting code reviews, SEO audits, and checking technical specifications
• Training and developing team members (mentoring, 1:1, training)
• Preparing reports (traffic growth, rankings, ROI)
• Budget planning (link budget, tools, content)

What we need

• Experience in SEO in iGaming with tier 2/3
• Experience in developing and implementing comprehensive SEO strategies that demonstrated clear organic traffic growth
• Experience with Yandex/Google search engines (experience with behavioral factors for Yandex, and non-standard link building methods for Google)
• Experience in finding drops
• Deep understanding of the iGaming market: staying up-to-date with latest trends and best practices in SEO
