Media Buyer (US + Germany)

Remote full-time position. Fixed salary + monthly KPI bonus tied to ROAS, CPA, and scaling volume. Priority GEOs: US (legal/medical states) and Germany. Flexible schedule with team sync in CET/EST. Growth opportunity to Head of Paid Acquisition.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience as a media buyer in gambling/betting vertical
• Experience with US GEO (legal/medical states) and/or Germany
• Proficient in Facebook Ads and Google Ads
• Understanding of KPIs: ROAS, CPA, LTV, CR, scaling
• Experience with trackers (Keitaro, Binom, Voluum or similar)
• Analytical mindset, ability to work with data and make data-driven decisions
• Independence and accountability for results

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok Ads, Snapchat Ads, Push notifications
• English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
• Experience with crypto-gambling or nutra verticals
