Remote work, full-time. Compensation: fixed rate + monthly KPI bonus tied to ROAS, CPA, and scaling volume. Priority GEOs: US (states with legal/medical status) and Germany. Flexible schedule with synchronization in CET/EST. Opportunity to grow into Head of Paid Acquisition.
What you'll do
- Launch and optimize paid advertising campaigns for US and German markets
- Scale successful campaigns while controlling ROAS and CPA
- Analyze performance, work with analytics and ad accounts
What we need
- At least 1 year of experience in media buying / targeted advertising
- Knowledge of US and/or German market
- Understanding of ROAS, CPA, LTV metrics
