Team Lead Media Buying

International iGaming team is looking for an experienced Team Lead to manage a media buying department (10+ people). Responsibilities include task setting, performance control, buyer development, KPI optimization, traffic purchasing through teaser networks and partner platforms, metric analysis, and reporting.

What you'll do

• Setting tasks, controlling results, developing buyers, and optimizing KPIs
• Managing traffic purchasing through teaser networks and partner platforms
• Analyzing performance metrics, reporting, and finding scaling opportunities

What we need

• Experience as a Team Lead in iGaming for at least 2 years (managing a team of 10+ people)
• Deep understanding of the CIS traffic market specifics
• Strong analytical and management skills
