Junior Sales Operations Manager

The employer is an international HTML5 game developer for the iGaming industry. The company is looking for a Junior Sales Operations Manager to support internal commercial processes.

What you'll do

• Support day-to-day Sales Operations processes
• Work with CRM and maintain data accuracy
• Monitor commercial tickets in Jira and follow up with teams
• Maintain release calendar and prepare partner packs
• Support invoicing checks and operational documentation
• Interact with Commercial, Product, Finance, and Legal teams

What we need

• 0.5–2 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, Coordination or similar roles
• Organizational skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CRM, spreadsheets and internal tools
• Good communication skills and structured approach to tasks
• English level B2 or higher

Nice to have

• Experience with Jira, Notion, Confluence or similar systems
• Experience in iGaming, IT, SaaS or B2B digital
