HR Manager Crypto / Chargeback

We are looking for an HR Manager / Recruiter for a team working in ENG Chargeback (Crypto vertical). The company develops in-house buying for chargeback, the goal is to scale the team and find strong Media Buyers.

What you'll do

• Search for Media Buyers for the chargeback vertical
• Conduct initial screening of candidates
• Evaluate experience in GEO, sources, spend, funnels, and relevance for EN chargeback
• Manage candidates through all recruitment stages
• Coordinate communication between candidates and the manager
