HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are looking for a proactive and organized HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our international team. The role involves recruiting candidates across international markets (primarily Affiliate Managers) and supporting HR operations.

What you'll do

• Source and recruit candidates across international markets (primarily Affiliate Managers and related positions)
• Actively search for candidates through LinkedIn, Telegram, job boards, and other recruitment channels
• Conduct initial screening interviews with candidates
• Coordinate the interview process with hiring managers
• Support candidates throughout the hiring and onboarding process
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for different GEOs and departments
• Coordinate birthday bonuses and employee recognition initiatives
• Inform employees about public holidays, non-working days, and internal company updates
• Assist with onboarding and adaptation processes
• Maintain basic HR administrative and organizational processes

What we need

• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English
• 1+ year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR (preferred)
• Proactive and self-driven mindset
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Good command of Google Sheets / Excel
