HR & Talent Acquisition Specialist
Employer —Location —Comp Fixed salary + performance bonus system after probation period
The company is looking for a proactive and organized HR specialist for an international team. Responsibilities include sourcing and recruiting candidates across international markets (primarily Affiliate Managers), conducting initial screening interviews, coordinating the hiring process, and supporting HR operations: coordinating bonuses, informing employees, and assisting with onboarding.
What we need
- Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English
- 1+ year of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, Sourcing, or HR (preferred)
- Experience or strong interest in international hiring
- Proactive and self-driven mindset
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Good command of Google Sheets / Excel
