Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist

We are looking for a Reddit Manager / Ads & Community Specialist to develop brand presence on Reddit for the US market. The role includes launching and optimizing Reddit Ads, creating and growing subreddits, managing reputation, and engaging with the community. Experience in Casino, Gambling, Sweepstakes, or iGaming is required.

What you'll do

• Launch and optimize advertising campaigns in Reddit Ads.
• Create and grow official brand subreddits.
• Develop community structure (FAQ, rules, 18+/21+).
• Publish native content, reviews, Code Drops, payout confirmations, and AMAs.
• Communicate with users, manage reviews and brand reputation.
• Interact with moderators of relevant subreddits.
• Analyze advertising performance and community growth.

What we need

• At least 1 year of experience with Reddit.
• Hands-on experience launching Reddit Ads.
• Experience in Casino, Gambling, Sweepstakes, or iGaming.
• English at B2–C1 level.
• Understanding of Reddit rules, moderation, and anti-spam policies.

Nice to have

• Experience with proxy and anti-detect tools.
