VIP CRM Lead

The employer is looking for a strategist to drive the global development of its VIP CRM direction in iGaming. The role involves rolling out VIP CRM strategy across all regions, segmenting top-tier audiences, and scaling the best mechanics together with Analytics and Product. Remote work, strictly outside Russia and Belarus.

What you'll do

• Roll out VIP CRM strategy across all regions
• Build a segment-based communication plan
• Analyze metrics and scale the best-performing mechanics
• Coordinate with Analytics and Product

What we need

• Experience building LTV models and segmenting top-tier audiences
• Hands-on work with RFM, cohort analysis, and A/B testing
• Experience with predictive models and bonus design
• Understanding of iGaming player profiles
