An iGaming company is looking for a Head of Retention with 3+ years of iGaming experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role. Requires deep understanding of user journey, CRM tools, bonus mechanics, and key metrics. Remote work.

What we need

  • 3+ years of experience in iGaming
  • 1-2 years of experience as Head of Retention, CRM Lead, or Retention Lead
  • Deep understanding of iGaming user journey: registration, first deposit, churn, reactivation, VIP
  • Proficiency with CRM tools
  • Experience with bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, VIP segments, and reactivation
  • Understanding of key iGaming metrics: FTD, RD, NGR, GGR, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, retention cohorts
  • Team management experience
  • Skills in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
  • English at least B2+
