Head of Retention

An iGaming company is looking for a Head of Retention with 3+ years of iGaming experience and 1-2 years in a leadership role. Requires deep understanding of user journey, CRM tools, bonus mechanics, and key metrics. Remote work.
What we need
- 3+ years of experience in iGaming
- 1-2 years of experience as Head of Retention, CRM Lead, or Retention Lead
- Deep understanding of iGaming user journey: registration, first deposit, churn, reactivation, VIP
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Experience with bonus mechanics, loyalty programs, VIP segments, and reactivation
- Understanding of key iGaming metrics: FTD, RD, NGR, GGR, LTV, ARPU, ARPPU, churn, retention cohorts
- Team management experience
- Skills in A/B testing, cohort analysis, and user segmentation
- English at least B2+
